By purchasing, downloading, or using any asset from Slvt, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Violation of these terms will result in blacklisting, banning, revocation of license, or DMCA action if necessary.

1. Checkout & Licensing

• You must provide accurate information during checkout to validate your license.
• Each purchase comes with a personal, non-transferable license tied to the buyer only.
• Assets can be used on finished for sale models when crediting Slvt.

2. Gifting Policy

• If gifting a product, both the gifter and receiver’s names must be listed on the receipt.
• The license belongs solely to the named receiver.

3. Age Restriction

• Products are strictly for individuals 18 years or older.
• All assets are labeled AO / R18+ (Adult Only) where applicable.

4. Refunds

• No refunds will be issued. These are digital downloadable products.

5. Usage Rules

• Assets purchased from Slvt are intended for VRChat use only unless otherwise stated.
• You may not use these assets in other platforms (such as VTubing, ChilloutVR, NeosVR, or games) without explicit written permission.
• Do not share, leak, or redistribute packages, or files. Unauthorized distribution will result in blacklisting and license revocation.
• You may include Slvt assets in personal or commissioned avatar uploads for yourself or clients, provided that:
• The client has purchased their own valid license of the same asset
• You may not upload assets for friends, clients, or others who do not own a license.
• You cannot use Slvt's assets on free , public or nitro avatars. Unless you've purchased the pro + commercial license
• You cannot use Slvt's assets on models that are not 18+ SFW/NSFW models.
• Any violation will result in blacklisting, banning, and/or DMCA/WIPO action.

6. Modifications

• You may edit Slvt assets (textures, meshes, materials, etc.) for personal / commercial use.
• However, edits do not grant ownership. The asset remains the intellectual property of Slvt.
• Redistribution of modified assets is prohibited unless on a complete 3d for sale model.

7. Credit & Attribution

• When using Slvt assets in showcases, commissions, or content, you must credit Slvt with a hyperlink to the used asset.
• Do not gatekeep or claim the asset as your own creation.

8. Blacklisting Policy

• If you are blacklisted, you may not purchase or use my work.
• Attempts to bypass a blacklist will result in permanent bans and reporting.

9. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate license termination and possible DMCA action:

• Republishing material from Slvt’s Payhip store onto other websites or social media platforms.
• Reproducing, duplicating, or copying material from Slvt’s Payhip store.
• Redistributing content from Slvt’s Payhip store in any form.
• Claiming content from Slvt’s Payhip store as your own.
• Price splitting, sharing, or reselling Slvt assets.
• Uploading or using Slvt assets for others who do not own a license.
• Including Slvt assets in “public” or “free” packages, avatars, or repositories.

As Slvt deals primarily in digital goods and services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are irrevocable upon download or access, refunds will not be provided.

Slvt strictly enforces adherence to these terms and conditions outlined herein. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in necessary actions, including, but not limited to, suspension of access, termination of accounts, and pursuit of legal remedies.

Furthermore, Slvt adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any infringement of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted materials found on https://payhip.com/slvt will result in the issuance of a DMCA notice. This notice will require the immediate removal of the infringing content or material.

Repeated violations may lead to legal action and the pursuit of damages as allowed by law.

Unless otherwise stated, Slvt retains all intellectual property rights for all materials on Slvt's store. All rights are reserved.
