• There are NO refunds allowed as this is a digital downloadable product upon purchase.

• You may use Pixel Haven's asset products for public world avatars
• You may NOT use Pixel Haven's asset products for FREE / NITRO avatars

Additional Pixel Haven's Body Bases T.O.S / T.O.U

• Any body bases made by Pixel Haven can be used for public, nitro, or free use, provided that the body base has been edited to remove any NSFW parts and some of the base mesh being cut.
• You may not add NSFW elements to Pixel Haven's body bases for free use. This means you cannot use Pixel Haven's work to create free NSFW avatars.

You must not:

• Republish material from https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc onto other websites or social media platforms
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc
• Redistribute content from https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc
• Claim content from https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc as your own
• Price split or license share contents from https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc

Pixel Haven strictly enforces adherence to these terms and conditions outlined herein. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in necessary actions, including, but not limited to, suspension of access, termination of accounts, and pursuit of legal remedies.

Furthermore, Pixel Haven adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any infringement of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted materials found on https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc, will result in the issuance of a DMCA notice. This notice will require the immediate removal of the infringing content or material.

Repeated violations may lead to legal action and the pursuit of damages as allowed by law.

As Pixel Haven deals primarily in digital goods and services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are irrevocable upon download or access, refunds will not be provided.
